Are there no self storage/mini storage places around? In this area there are many; clean, dry and most with security cameras. Why would you leave a Harley under a deck in winter where critters and moisture could gain access to it when for a few bux a month your HD could be dry and secure?
exactly what I am thinking and you can have access to it on nice days should you get any..
another option is a suggestion I made to my cousins boyfriend and he took it.. he bought an enclosed 2 bike trailer on the cheap and uses it as a portable garage-- we ran an all weather extension cord to it to run a small oscillating fan when it gets damp and has his tender plugged in.. if you have a driveway you can use start checking craigslist, I think he paid $1200
Once again I'd like to thank the guys that have given me solid advice for storing my bike out doors for the winter. I'd also like to reiterate she's sitting outside simply because of a money issue, if I had the extra cash she'd be in a self storage. But those of you who continue to suggest that I store my bike indoors, please feel free to send me the money and I would be more than grateful.

You know, I don't know why I didn't think of this before. If there are any marine service places near you, see if they will come shrink wrap your bike for cheap. It's really thick plastic that is pretty damn tough. I do it to my boat every year and never once had mold or mildew inside or any moisture damage. They also put little downward facing vents in it to let it breath. Or maybe you can just get a sheet of the plastic from them for really cheap you can shrink it yourself with a heat gun. They use these huge propane torches - but they are wrapping boats...
