For brake line I went with Drag Specialties ABS +6 part # 1741-3828. You will need to replace the stock brake line because it is one piece and you cannot just add an upper longer section. The job, specially wiring the throttle side, was very time consuming so take your time and analyze every move before breaking something. Good luck and feel free to ask!
I searched for those drag specialties brake line you have here, your saying it does fit the fxdls? when i looked it up it says it goes to the fat bob...

That's because the Fat Bob has dual front disc brakes while the other Dynas don't. Drag Specialties hasn't updated their model listing with FXDLS info.

i used a + 8 line on my 13" bars and it worked fine. Also says Fat Bob all over the fitment.

It's all-inclusive. One line from the master cylinder to the block under the headlight. Then two lines split from the block, one for each disc. The lines are all soldered into the block.

And for the ABS there are 2 lines that connect to that block and run to the ABS module under the battery. There's no logical reason to replace them as they unscrew from the junction block, in spite of what the dealer and aftermarket have claimed (likely to increase their profit margins).

Probably.

My local shop talked about making a custom block where you'd only replace the individual brake lines as needed. But until the aftermarket world makes the individual lines as replacement items to begin with, it's a waste on their part to create the solo block. They're stuck with ordering the full kit and passing on that cost to the riders.
