Do you have the part number of or know what model the two piece caliper came from. I installed a 16"x5" rim in the rear and using the stock rear caliper from my 2010 Street Bob was a PITA to get all together. If I can simplify this process when I do my next tire change that would be awesome.
2008+ have the two piece caliper. I sourced parts from ebay and HD using part numbers I found on ronnies HD parts finder http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche.....asp?make=hdmc

Yea, this looks right. When I went to take mine apart, I had trouble getting one of the bolts out but can't remember if it was the one within the #10 items or the #3 one. Maybe it needs to be heated up to break some thread lock or maybe it's reverse threaded (any insight??). All I know it that it broke the teeth on my torque bit. If this it the case, it will make changing the pads and or the wheel out so much easier.
