So what are the differences between a 1993 Evo Dyna frame vs newer TC Dyna frame in terms of one beeing better than the other? Do newer Dyna frames are better just like newer Touring frames are better than older ones or there is no real bennefit between them?
not sure what you are asking? They are different...not better or worse. One mounts an Evo motor..the other a TwinCam.
Besides the obvious of different mounts I'm talking about improvements similar to what the newer Touring frames (after '09) have: better handeling, capable of carrying a bigger load, etc.

The newer Dynas ('06+) are heavier, other than that they handle pretty much the same.
I'm not a fan of the 49mm front ends on the later Dynas, I very much prefer the 2000 and later 39mm front ends.
The EVO era Dyna frames were pretty much exactly the same as the early T/C Dynas.
The frame and swingarm are stiffer on 2006+ dyna models.
New Frame Designs
All 2006 Dyna frames have been re-engineered to provide a significant improvement in handling plus enhanced styling and rider ergonomics. Each model has new fork rake and triple clamp offset specifications. New stiffer, one-inch diameter front and rear axles and a wider, stiffer swingarm combine to improve high-speed handling.
