We've had many customers use the DIY Breather System on the Ventilator A/C to vent crankcase gasses to atmosphere.

You'll need to drill and tap the stand-offs on the backplate; the 11/32" drill bit and the 1/8" NPT tap are available options with the DIY kit if you need them to mod your Ventilator to external venting.

There's a few threads on painting the engine in the bike if you want to go that route. Obviously pulling the motor will probably get better results, but I know its been done in the bike and from photos at least it looks great. If I remember right, forum member AFMM3 did a thread on this.

If you're going to replace cables, spend the money on quality cables. I've had good luck with Barnetts.
