I am thinking of getting a set of lowering blocks to drop the rear of my STbob... does anyone have a set that they would recomend? and/or feed back on how the ride is. I know on sporty's if you use blocks the shock angle is to much and kills the ride. Do any of you have any for sale for a bob? I am looking for black but if they are chrome, unpainted, or any color i could care less. I am just looking for the cheapest way to lower my bike. As you can see from my prev posts i do not have alot of $$$ so i make alot of my own parts! this however is a bit out of my relm of fabrication! thanks! [sm=WTFsgign.gif][sm=WTFsgign.gif]
ive seen them on ebay for about 75.00/90.00 a set. i just think it would angle your shocks a little to much and stiffen the ride, making it rough, but i could be wrong. i would like to know about them to, about how it changes the ride. jackyl
I bought the 1" set for my street bob from TMWorks off of ebay. Easy to install, good quality, and the ride is no different then it was before. The shocks are in a different angle but it has not affected ride quality or handling at all.
