I plan on getting this TBR Exhaust and V&H fuel pak for my Sportster I can’t find this answer even from V&H it uses the O2 sensors or not. I ask because I currently have Bassani Sweepers with Dynojet power commander 5 great look and sound with them but not getting the performance I’d like also I’d like to tune it with my phone and tune more then what Dynojet has to offer.
Hello i bought the fp3 and i want to use the auto tune feature just that firstly the autotune request to put a base map and then the auto tune starts
which map do i need to add in order my bike start to learn new cells??
i used the comps 2-1 map but it do not learn anything i assume its becuase that map its already learned most of all the cells
Congratulations, the FP3 is an amazing device. I've had one on my FXDC for a while now and it's great.
Once you download a map that's close to your engine configuration, you can either leave it alone or activate the Auto Tune feature. Read the instructions and follow the screen buttons on your phone to activate the Auto Tune. I'd run it on Auto Tune for a couple of tanks of gas before "finishing" the tune. At any time, you can look at your air-fuel-ratio map on your cell phone to see how complete your custom Auto Tune map happens to be before stopping the Auto Tune.
Once the Auto Tune is stopped the FP3 saves that map into your stock ECU and names the map and keeps it on file along with your previous maps. V&H recommends to disconnect the FP3 once you are satisfied with your map.
Be aware that, during the Auto Tune process, you may notice a few glitches in the engine right off idle but don't fret. Continue the tune. When you finish and save the new map, those glitches will be gone.
Just read the instructions and follow the prompts.

I have a Cobra RPT 2 to 1 pipe with the stock air intake with a K&N air filter vented to atmophere, along with the VH FP3 tuner. Bike runs great and really strong. I have been using just the canned map, Maybe I should try the Auto Tune feature?
