CGGorman's 99 Wide Glide build thread
Thanks to Multihdrdr for doing some research and getting me kicked off on the right foot!
1st stab at axle spacers for my front end conversion. Just throw-aways from black iron right now. I'll make a set like the rears (aluminum with steel faces) once I'm sure I like the dimensions.

Thanks again, Multi! (not sure if you're comfortable with us using your first name).

Playing with numbers again... (posting so I can find it when I get home)
Thanks for the help, Multi! (hopefully we both get ~something~ out of this!)
Edit: Images deleted to avoid confusion, so here's a pretty lady on a Harley

Yep. Those numbers are preliminary and may be unique to my bike, tho. Multihdrdr and I are seeing different results with regard to LH caliper location. For some season we haven't yet determined my left caliper isn't where it belongs. It seems to be about .060 too far outboard. Not sure why yet.
Workin' on it! Trying to get the last few details figured out. I'll have plenty of free time in June/July to wrench. Should have a bike to ride by mid summer. Hopefully.
OK... I think I'm finally satisfied with my measurements. They all seem to jive with Multihdrdr's except the lateral caliper offset from the slider centerline. Both seem to be about .060 (.0625?) to the left of where we think they ~should~ be. Hmm...
Anyway, for those curious and for my reference later. This centers the tire/rim in the forks so I don't need to offset the rim when I lace it and it sets the rotors in the centers of the calipers Custom spacers and hub required.
