If the new Dyna Low S has cruise , can the same one be retrofitted to a 2015?

no, while the softails got throttle by wire across the line ONLY the dyna low S got the throttle by wire for 16' and with that a true cruise control..

Our MCCruise kit can fit the Dyna Low S. it can be fitted to ALL the Dynas and Softails pre throttle-by-wire easily from 2007 onward.
