Be careful when you use the throttle lock. You can set it so you have a slower than normal return on the throttle position, if you lock the throttle, you lock the throttle.......... don't forget it.
Bought a neat little lever thing that snaps on screw. Handy on long rides when hand gets tired. Just be careful. Don't remember where I got it but you should be able to Google search it.
Yeah, the first time I saw that screw, the first thing that came to mind was WTF? What brainiac invented that? Very good jmpancoast - that's exactly what's it's like.
whatta joke, just get the kury throttle bosses on iso grips or the cheap wrap around throttle boss for other grips. you can still cruise and don't have to continually grip the grip. before i changed to the ISO grips which are bigger in diameter, my hand would cramp pretty good on a long ride.
also, i saw a small plastic thingy at the stealer tha fits over the adjustment star. it had a little leg that stuck out so that you could flip it instead of trying to turn the adjustment star. was only a couple of bucks. still don'e care for the it. either go a full cruise or the throttle boss.
