I do, too. I must admit, though, it would be nice to have a mount so I could see my GPS when I'm rolling thru unfamiliar cities. Voice prompts are generally adequate on the interstate, but in urban settings they can often come too late or be unclear.
I use the RAM XGrip and a bar clamp. You can see it here. I use the same standoff and grip in my truck. I only have the mount on the bike when I need it, although it would ride just fine full time. That bar mount is legit.
Look nice. The others mentioned are just WAY too bulky for my tastes. Thanks to the removable swivel post, this one could modded easy to mount almost anywhere.
They have much smaller options, it all depends on your phone needs. For years i have kept my phones in Otterbox Defender cases for protection. The giant holder is the only one ive found that will not only fit around the case but can then hold it up to the vibration and bouncing.
I did things backwards and came from the touring bikes to the Dyna, that and the 2 hours round trip to/from work everyday makes my cup holder and Phone mount priceless to me. I use the phone not only for GPS but as my mp3 player for my fork bag stereo.

RAM XGrip mount as well. Best one I have ever used. I was skeptical at first for fear that the phone would slip out, so I bought a tether. Once I put the phone in, I threw the tether away. It is a solid mount with a novel design that is very easy to use.
I also use the Ram X for my phone. Have over 9000 miles at all speeds with no problems (Iphone 6). I really like the adaptability. When I got my Power Vision I wasn't sure if I wanted to hold it in the Ram since it was shaped differently. I did end up using it with the X mount with no problems but then swapped out the X for the plate with the 4 holes. So I still use the ram mounting hardware and simply swap out with the X mount when I'm travelling somewhere and need my phone for GPS. 30 second swap.
I picked up a lifeproof mount this week but haven't installed it yet. Plan to attach to tank console plate. Couldn't bring myself to go with any of the bulky bar mounts but wanted to be able to view the GPS etc. This seems like it will let me lock the phone into place with easy on/off. Time will tell.
