Check out jake Wilson for tires. I found a set of commanderII for about $25 cheaper than any other place online. No shipping charges or taxes.
I can't speak on behalf of the night dragons, but I did hear a lot of good things about them. I also considered metzler 888s but I've read a couple iffy reviews about tire separation . So far, 1000 miles in on my commander IIs, I'm happy. Then again, I'm not draggin pegs on every turn. I guess it's a compromise between grip or mileage.
yeah the night dragons keep showing up as Tubeless. Is there another variety or will it work with tubes?
No problem at all using the Night Dragons with tubes. And I second what Maxxsmart posted, Jake Wilson is where I get my tires; great prices and they typically arrive within 2 days.
If you are thinking of going with Pirelli order them by May 31st; they're running a $40 rebate if you buy a set by then

I purchased my tires from AMT
metzeller 170/60R-17 (radial tubeless with a radial tube)
110/19-19 bias
Bigger tires add to the fatter look and increased traction.
I love this combo, not broke don't fix it.
The slightly bigger tires do not affect the bikes alignment or height.

No worries fitting these on a 2014? I wouldn't mind slightly fatter tires
I'm running a 180/60/17 Night Dragon (stock Wide Glide size) on the back of my Super Glide, I don't know why it wouldn't fit your Street Bob just the same. It's not significantly wider than the stock 160 though.
Done. Ordered the Pirelli Night Dragon's from Jake Wilson. Good prices, free shipping, too bad they didn't have the rest of what I was looking for with the lyndal pads, AN big brake, and lines.

Nice!
I went with them, too. Hogpro is setting them up on some new wheels.

Be sure to follow the email link and do your $40 rebate when Jake Wilson sends it to you! Money, money, money...
I've been getting my Lyndall brake pads on Amazon, shipped from Powersport Superstore; if you go with the Z+ pads they're like $84 for the front and rear set, shipped. It should be #7256 for the front and #7257 for the rear.
Check out Phat Performance for the Big Brake rotor kit; best prices I found. They ship from Tucker Rocky and you'll have it in just a few days.
For the rears click on the Powersport Superstore link under 'other sellers' on the right side of the page. My experience is you'll have them within a week
