FLD Switchback Torque Specs

Can anybody help me with these Torque Specs for a '13 FLD Switchback?
Triple Tree Pinch Bolts
Front Axle Nut
Axle Pinch Bolts
Front Caliper Bolt
Riser Bolts

You should get one of those things called a Service Manual. They have all the information you would ever need if you were to try to do any work on your own bike. They really come in pretty handy and you don't have to beg for assistance on something that's relatively minor.
