Looks better now, probably just fixing the clutch solved the weird humps and loops in the graph.

I'm a little confused by the statement below. Isn't SAE supposed to compensate for weather factors? What do you mean, wet filter?

the bike was wet. rode there in the rain. wasn't raining when i left to go, so i didn't grab the rain sock. i don't think it really made a difference. that's just what he said. i think he just put it on there himself and ran it to see if the weirdness went away. ran it once and gave it back. i walked across the street and came back, the bike was sitting in the "out" area with the dyno sheet on it. wasn't more than 10 minutes later.

To be 100% honest. The 103 was a beast. I did this for giggles and said I'd be fine s&s's advertised 118.92tq/101.30hp. Now all i want to do is chase higher numbers and feel like i've been robbed/wronged.

How do you turn off the number chasing and just be happy?

For me it was hitting 80 on a public road set @ 40 in a short 2-3 gear pull, and realized if it had much more power in that same time id be doing 100, and thats just not safe for anyone. Kinda reset my 'more more more' idea.

IDK, you are the one controlling the throttle...

On my 'other' bike, I did a 'rapid' (for me) 1-2 gear rollon, 2nd gear
was pulling the front wheel up, didn't have a chance to even look
at speed things were happening so fast... It was FUN!
I haven't tried the DPL yet, not sure I want to...

I need to finish up the OL's Sportster - it's gonna be fun too!

Scored some NIB 27797-07 4.9g/s SE injectors for $30, was originally going to buy 27796-08 5.3g/s but, those were for 58mm oval TBs.

$100 saved... still creeping on the rest. looks like the S&S 58mm stealth for cable is out there but, i'm pinching pennies because i'me feeding two HD children a similar meal so i have to do this twice. found a 58mm stealth for $150 but, haven't bought it because it says it is for FBW throttle bodies... any ideas on the differences between the FBW and Cable backplates?

I've been given the impression that if it fits the FBW it will fit the cable TB, but not necessarily the other way around.

Don't go crazy chasing numbers. There's way too many ways to get impressive numbers on a dyno. What you CAN control is the combination and the quality of the parts that go in. That, and a good solid tune is all you can ask for. Shopping for a "Happy Dyno" is a lost cause.
