Don't agree with the 'whining' comments, O.P. is asking for help. Motor mount alignment is a good place to start as previously said, something very wrong if 'loctited' bolts are falling out. C'mon guys give the man a break...b.

Checking motor alignment would be the best place to start. Get yourself a good set of torque wrenches, stand, manual, blue locktight. (if you don't already have them) Then pick and end to start with, re-torque all the bolts you can find. I made a spread sheet with bolt location, bolt size and torque spec, print it out and keep in your manual. at a minimum check it over at your oil changes, make note of any bolts that have loosened on the spread sheet and give them a recheck at half the interval. I have done this with my 95 ducati 900SS/SP from day one. I have noticed over the years that less have slipped as time went on.

When my wife bought her 2016 freewheeler we brought it home and spent a solid day checking all the hardware, (dealers can miss some) this has the added benefit of teaching her the bike as a machine to ride and maintain, well actually she watches and then rides
good luck....

It's like this the bikes older with enough miles and road wear it's needs attention and some $$ stuff replaced. Worn primary chain is almost a certainty and then the belt and both drive sprockets are next, these are 2 of the bigger causes of low grade harmonic vibration that shakes everything else loose on the bike. Motor mounts are next, drivetrain alignment and all bearing and pivot points are next on the inspect list.

Makes a difference trust me as has been said a bike isn't a plug and play forever deal and yours is telling you it's time to pay some serious attention or else , kinda like what the wife does to you...........

Any old bike is going to need a fair amount of TLC.

DITTO HERE ^^^^^^^^^

if the hardware is clean, threads are not worn out, torqued to spec and blue locktite for good measure and cheap insurance, it "shouldn't" come out.

Just so you guys know, I have a 1993 Dyna Wide Glide Evo engine. Really nice bike and I love it to death but it's starting to drain me as well become stressful. I can't type all day because this has been an ongoing issue for a long time that I can't seem to get right. I don't know what else to do, so I'm finally just going to consider putting my pride in my back pocket and take it to the Indy shop to get it done professionally. However I noticed the other day that my engine felt like it was about to fall off so I look down and darn it was about to fall off!!! The rear engine mounting bolt was about to pop out while the other side was too but has actually broken off inside the screw hole!! I tighten one bolt thinking ok this can hold and now all of the bolts have fallen off of the primary/inner primary....I can type forever, this bike keeps breaking...and it's nothing major, it's gaskets and bolts. Both the primary bolts, inner primary bolts, and engine mounting bolts will not stay put at all. I've used red Loctite, I've tighten as tight as it will go, lock tabs, lock washers, everything...what is going on?!

I have found with cars [35 years exp] that If they are torqued to spec and they still come out or break, it is usually an excessive vibration issue elsewhere causing stress on the weakest link, Start with a fresh pair of eyes and come at it like you just bought the Bike and want to look it over before a Big trip, possible mis alignment in the drive train, broken or worn engine mounts, broken exhaust mounting tab[s] Mis aligned exhaust system grounding out [rubbing when engine is running] primary chain too loose/tight, main drive chain/belt too loose/ tight, etc etc.
hope you get sorted. Ultra_Classic
