Yeah, most of the time I can't even tell they reattached my bicep. At this point it seems I've just got pain everywhere. A dull, irritating pain. Lots of old yellow and green bruises showing up and adding to the fun.

I did good in rehab today, though. Made some pretty significant gain in range. A couple were in excess of 10 degrees. Therapist said not to get too used to those kinds of gains, tho.

I just keep plugging away at it.

I have a full face and 1/2 helmet - man I aint wearing that 1/2 unless I putt, putt!

I've got quite a few full face helmets and I bought an Akoury AK-88 to try it out; but I just can't bring myself to wear it. I was never that pretty to start with, I doubt I could pull off the no face look
