Thanks to all for the well wishes.
Had my first proper out-patient rehab session yesterday and was told they will not allow me to add any weight or resistance until 9 weeks post-surgury. Apparently my detached bicep is a bigger concern than I originally thought.
Otherwise, it went well. The therapist seems really sharp and experienced and we get along well. She hurts me but not so bad as one of the previous therapists and with a bit more purpose. I get a good vibe overall and she says everything seems to feel average or better-than.
I can't wait to press on and get to where I can put my own shirts on again.

In comparison, my little injuries are a joke.... but, i'm still in pain and it feels like my ankle just wants to break...still...

I don't doubt it! I'm still finding "new" bruises and sore spots. I don't even want to think about how long before I will be able to manage heavy garage tasks.
