Damn Dude those are some bad azz injuries and no doubt there(hospital staff) keeping you comfy. and it looks like your ready to get out there and get back at it but I know it:ll be awhile take your time heal up and get into physical therapy your gonna need it.

I was in the trauma unit for 2 weeks then another week with inpatient rehab & wound care. Now I'm at home and working with outpatient rehab. Every day sees small improvements and celebrations. I put on my own deodorant on Tues and we celebrated with chicken wings.

Right? Being a highly DIY type person I've always had emergency room grade scars, but this was my first time ever to have surgery or to be admitted to hospital. At least a dozen nurses have advised me to start rubbing vitamin E into the scars to minimize appearance. I don't really care, myself.
Damn, glad you're up and about. Usually we have to remind folks to do the rehab, but in your case I guess we need to tell you to not push it harder than the doc tells you.
