omg underglow.... so many OCC bikes with underglow.
lol i love how people hate on ANYTHING a "SOA" bike has...
oh, better performing 2-into-1 exhaust.. NO WAY.
better handling taller shocks.. NO WAY
yeah the t-bars are redonkulus (dunno how TALL bars like that are supposed to help) and the fairing is useless (unless you have a full fxrt or fxdxt fairing)
It's much ado about nothing really. For example: there a few things on DynaKid94's bike that I would not put on mine, and yet his bike is one of my favorite bikes on this forum.
Thanks for sharing everyone!
Appreciate it man. I get my style isn't for everyone, and everyone's style isn't mine but that's probably the best thing about motorcycles in general. Can you imagine if everyone had the same style?

We'd all be riding black street glides
On the east coast the road glide is the "me too" bike. Oh, you have a road glide. Me too.
I just found this thread and I got a huge kick out of the mention of tassels. I toooootally forgot about those! Made me laugh for sure. I put a pair on the grips of my 883 Sportster back in the early 90's and even then I thought they were silly. I kept cutting them shorter and shorter until I was left with just leather grips. Lol
And I've never even heard of a whip on a grip. Must not be an East Cost thing. What good is it on the throttle side anyhow?

Actually, the little fairing can make a difference, with low mount drag bars or clip-ons. With the tall T-bars they are nearly useless. Mine has flat drags on stock 1" risers, and with a slight tuck the air goes right over my head (might be even better if I hadn't lowered the fairing to get the look I want).
And no, none of the Dynas on SOA ran bags. The only bags were on the Street Glides they would occasionally use. And also, none of the bikes had "get back" whips. (Yes, watched the show, all 7 seasons. No, not really proud of that.)
What won't go on my Dyna: Apes, tall T-bars, passenger seat and pegs, aux lighting, luggage and hard tires.

The greatest thing about the Harley brotherhood is the wide variety of personal expression that's possible. I love walking down a row of Harleys at a get together and seeing lots of variety.
