I've taken my 07 Dyna to the local Harley dealer shop. I've clearly stated all the troubleshooting I've done and hope they can find the culprit problem without soaking me at $130/hour labor rates. Glad I'm not alone and will definitely list my findings.

Well after a few hours and few hundred dollars at the HD shop, the fault was found.
There was a broken wire BN/GY leading to pin 1 (battery) at main harness leading to TSSM.
This BN/GY wire drew power from the 15a Battery fuse. It had a supply to pin 2 at speedometer. Very difficult to diagnose as it was in main harness leading to TSSM. I always had my 12v at both orange and orange/white wires coming from the INST and ACCY fuse box. I thought these 2 power sourced would have lit up my speedo. A new section of wire and pin spliced in and all restored to normal. The HD dealer said they've never experienced this one before. I hope this info may help other forum members one day. Grateful for everyone's help on the board and especially JDVORCHAK who followed along with me from day one.

Sorry that you had to spend the "few hundred" dollars but I am grateful that you shared the knowledge with us. Thank you Sir!

Now go ride it!
