Love my setup! Barnett Scorpion, Evolution Industries clutch basket, Baker comp, Baker adjuster, w/ Redline primary fluid.
Is that the stage 1 kit that evolution industries offers? They're website is kinda confusing with all the teeth counts and what not. Which part number are you running? Did it come with a bearing already installed?
I got the stock 46 tooth count because I already have a 30/70 greeting combo and I'm happy how it runs.
Yes a brand new sealed bearing comes already installed.
Ohh ok. So you got the basket from evo industries and then the clutch from scorpion and through it together?
I guess to get what i want I'm going to have to stop being a b*tch and trying to find in a bolt in option haha
Evo Basket EV:1006-4092 ($670)
Scorpion 11-16 Big Twin Part# 608-30-10011 ($550)
Baker Attitude Adjuster ($200)
Is the baker compensator really worth the investment?
are there any nuts / clips or anything I need to replace as well? I know gaskets and fluids, which Ill get the gaskets from the local HD
That's not to bad actually. So I could probably check it every second oil change, I do my oil every 5000km so 3000mi
For the initial check (things are breaking in).., 3 to 5K miles - if you see it not wearing abnormally.., the chain tension still in spec - then extend the next check interval out more

Mine's a 13 - it also had the new design - however it lacked the oiling mod - which is what concerned me
I "think" the oiling issue was addressed in 14..., so you should be okay
But you know how that **** goes - trust..., but always verify

Side note
Last weekend I swapped to a 18" rear wheel - thinking I need to work on the pulley ratio

Ghost
The more I think about it, I should just do it and get it done. Then I can move onto the other mods knowing my primary is %100 ready to go and will last. I'd look pretty dumb if I did all that work then 15k from.now my compensator fails or something
