+4 or +6 fat bob

I'm about to order 12 in apes with 4in risers for my 09 fat bob. has anyone used this size and so do you need +4 or +6 in on the cables. thanks in advance

12 apes, 4 inch risers= 16 inches ..you will need at least plus 10 in. I've got 8 inch t bars and went +4 to get it right..

Who are you getting your cable thru? I just got +4 to go with the new apes I will be putting on my ride. I priced Barnett, Magnum and HD. HD was a rip off, around $500 if I remember. Magnum $314 for the cables or $374.95 for the kit (not sure what all is in it), and the price goes up the longer the cables get. I got the Stealth Series from Barnett, ALL black and a little more pricey compared to their other versions. Total cost for the four cables from Barnett was $251.88 and the pricing is the same all the way up to +12. I did have to email them about the brake line because it wasn't listed on the site, their response time is really good, usually about an hour or two on a weekday. The cables took about a week to get and they look great, 1000 times better then those stock ones.
