I have a 2010 Fatbob and on mine, I could only go up about 7" with the stock cables. There was plenty of wiring, but the cables wouldn't go any higher. The reason I know that is because I went with Street Slammers as my first handlebar swap and they were a total of 7" of rise. My current bar setup has a total of 12" of rise. I was still able to use stock wiring with no splicing or extending needed. The cables I went with were +5" over stock. Good luck!
Well, for the break line, Magnum uses a 2-piece design, it's not that straight forward. The lower section is standard and then the single line upper piece is where the height changes. I'm thinking that I went with a 21 inch upper line. They also measure that one kinda funky so it's not an overall length measurement. Here is a picture of the exact part numbers I bought.
