Just looking for a quick tune for my 14 low rider, I found a website a while back that just offered pre programmed tuner made to specs for what i got on my bike for cheap but for the life of me i cannot remember the website, any help would rule.
You might be thinking of the superchips (or something like that), I had heard that the company was purchased by another, not sure what happened after that. As above the FM tuner may be a way to go. But if spending upwards of $100 why not look at the FP3 or something similar, some versatility that way at least.
The problem with a canned map is that it may not give you the best tune for your bike. Spend a little more for a tuner that will give you some flexibility.
I have the Superchips Vigilante EZ for my 2010 Dyna. IMO it's pretty good if all your doing is AC and exhaust, it does tune anymore past that. I will be getting a Power Commander this weekend installed and dyno'd. Reason for the change is because I plan to do some additional motor mods pretty soon and need to be able to grow with them, other wise I would stick with the Vigilante EZ.
Went with the FP3 tuner from V&H. You can see various videos on the you tube to actually see how easy it is. You can also download the FP3 app and do the tutorial. Watch the vids then get the app have fun. Keep in mind if you get the FP3 it's married to your VIN and cannot tune any other bike. I'm very satisfied with mine.
I second the power vision, and when you do go through fuel moto. Best pricing ive been able to find and lifetime maps. They are also great to deal with I had a faulty unit they netxt day'ed me a replacement without having the old one first to keep me on the road. I currently have the microtuner because I thought I'd be fine with it. Now I did pulleys and need speedo recalibration, and want to do headwork so going to power vision. Buy nice or Buy twice.
