Well, it sounds like a fairly common problem on '06's and 07's and I knew the 07's ran lean that's why I changed intake (stage 1) and had dealer remap before I took delivery of bike. I suspect it's a software problem and I'll let the dealer figure it out. Thanks all for input.

900 miles on my '07 WG. Just got 39 mpg on my last tank. That is the best to date. I have experienced very little lean surging with the fuel inj. Compared to the Buell ulysess I got rid of, the fuel inj. on the Dyna is seamless. I asked the sales manager if I could expect better fuel mileage after a couple of thousand miles on the clock - he said "I doubt it." He said you have to ride like a little old lady to get near EPA mileage figures. How are you guys getting 50 mpg. I do miss the gas mileage I had with the buell.

they had a recall earlier in the year for my 07 bob, was a computer download (torque smoothing) and it fixed my surging problems. since then put on pc3 and
still no probs. i know some of you guys bikes are only a few mths old but put your vin number on hd's servce section on their website to make sure yours doesnt have the recall.
