Z1R Metro, Scorpion EXO check all. Scorpion fullface is extremly comfortable and reasonably priced. Z1R Metro looks a little odd but provides really good wind protection. I think it is the visor that is attached to it.

I use both, half and a full face. I prefer the full face due to where I live (big bugs and even bigger birds-vultures, lotsa road kill...and no front fender). My full face is a Bell Sprint Black/Red Wicked model. Can't remember off hand brand of my half.

Whats everyones take on half helmets? I have a harley half helmet and a absolutely hate it. Not only does it look gay as hell, it is not comfortable at all. Any speed over 50mph and the thing feels like it gonna pull your head off. Look kinda like that little martian on the flintstones, cant remember his name. Thinking about going to a 3/4 or maybe even a full but I dont wnt to sweat my *** off in a full helmet. I dont want another one that makes you look like a mushroom head. Which is better, 3/4 or full ????
That martians name is Kazoo. I have had three half helmets, still have one but all of them lift at speed. I mostly wear 3/4 dot helmets which by the way also makeyou look like Kazoo.

I had a 3/4 and lots of lift on the Wide Glide. Almost no lift with the half.

I hate half helmets. far too much wind noise. 3/4 with a flip up shield seems to work well for me anyway. hjc makes a real nice helmet. harley brand is nice too,i am not sure who makes tham,i have heard hjc makes them . full face helmets smuther me .

I've tried several different half helmets, 3/4, and full.

I don't like full because they get too hot. I will wear one in the winter but as soon as it is over 45 degrees the half comes out again.

The Skid Lid is the half that I have been most happy with. It is a little more low profile and is more comfortable.

My next try is going to be one of the Carbon Fiber helmets. I've heard a lot of good things about them.

I rented a 07 Heritage Classic for 3 days before buying one and the dealer gave me a 1/2 helmet to wear while renting. I didn't care for it bacause, as you said, the wind noise is terrible.

I purchased two Harley 3/4 UltraJet helmets with my Heritage Classic. They have have a flip-upface shield or a Visor. I've been happy with they so far.

With the half, I wear these http://earplugstore.stores.yahoo.net/honobr.html Cut down on the wind noise which can f**k up your hearing.
