Any updates on the lids?
I'm about to replace my Shoei Qwest and am also looking at the Simpson Ghost and the Icon Airmada (they have a couple of all black pattern designs).
I have no complains at all about my qwest but would love to hear some first hand reviews on the Simpson and Icon.
My fairing goes nose level, so buffering is not an issue.
I have both the ghost bandit and outlaw bandit, along with shoei x-14 and rf-1200. The ghost bandit is pretty slick looking, but on the noisy side.
Ended up with the RF-1200 Flagger.
Took it out on a ride today and loved it. Very quiet, lightweight and super comfortable. You can really feel the air flow when you open the vents but it won't push it.
Only thing I noticed is that the chin guard is almost flushed with my chin if I don't tilt it down almost touching my eyebrows. I guess they're designed to fit a little better when you lean over the tank on a crotch rocket.
My big nose does come in contact with the breath guard when adjusting it.
I had the Qwest before I tried a bunch of them in the past 4 weeks, I like this one the most by far.
I love the design. The red stripe and accents match the color on the bike and the stitches on the bags.
