Its really coming along
Bought my 2007 Superglide custom this year and did my 500 mile break in and now have started my mods......things done thus far and my experiences.
1st - put the detachable sissy bar kit and signal relocation kit on--- was easy as pie and a fun time doing it ( the Girlfriend insisted on a sissy bar..... so I opted for the detachable one)
2nd- Chome Hand controls kit and housings and new grips ------not too bad just took some
time.
3rd- Chrome belt lower and axle nut covers----- didnt take 5 mins to do.
4th-Vance and Hines Big Radius Exhaust- Stage 1 Air Breather - SERT- Had Dealer install.....( didnt wanna effect warrantee)
5th--- Forward Controls--- did the HD forwards and it was quite a task..... not hard but did take some time and some special tools. took about 6 hours (was taking my time) and a service manual is a MUST in my opinion.
I have yet to post any pictures and hope to try and upload some pictures today that show my bikes progression up to date ( Not real savy when it comes to posting pictures so will try and get it done today)
I Love riding..... have rode motorcycles since I was 14 Years old and am now almost 30 ..... but I must say that I enjoy working and doing my own modifications if at all possible. The knowledge and wrenching experiences on your own bike can be a source of joy (or agony) aside from the riding experience.
hope to post some pics soon
Posted a couple of pictures before and after with the new exhaust and forwards (before and after)
I love the feel of it and it sounds awesome. Your bike is coming along nicely. I hope to post pictures of mine soon. The weather kinda sucks right now.

Lookin' good so far man, keep it up.
I want this baby to last and since I am riding her, I need her to fit me like a glove.
I'll post picks soon, but it looks like this with black denum.
Yea I love those Big Radius exhaust and forwards
