Very useful comments from everyone. Bare Bones eliminated, not an option

Any comments on the Mustang Run Around or the Sick Saddle?

Saw sick saddles has only one solo design. Looks good though.

That's what I need...A bit further back..I'm pushed up against the back of the stock seat and it sucks. If I can get a few inches back I'd be perfect. For lowering I'm running Burly adj shocks..No problems

A lower seat with long legs may cause a comfort issue with the knees. Jus sayin'

Hips too...

Is this while riding or at a stop?

May be.

I currently have Miniape Handle bar, and forward foot controls to stretch my legs and arms.

When stopped, your hips need to rotate down, then, when riding ( especially with "forwards"), your hips extend out forward. This motion can cause hip cramps. And they hurt. And make the rider do some less than safe maneuvers until they get stopped.
Anyway, just be sure you're comfortable on your ride!

How tall is "a bit tall"?

I'm 6'7

At least 14" inch high bars, a mustang wide tripper and forward controls are a must for me. Have run this setup for many many miles.

I tired the Lepera bare bones and it was murder.
Also tried the HD brawler seat but wasn't impressed.

The HD seat called the "Side kick two up" was lower and further back than the mustang but I don't think HD makes them any more.

Are you actually hurting anywhere when riding or is the lower seat for style?

What is getting sore though> yo

I hear ya bud, I had this one on my Springer for one season and it was absolute misery within just an hour. And this model had some padding compared to the Bare Bones.

After I got tired of my Lepera Silhouette solo seat (like the barebones only a little more padding), I got a Saddleman Knuckle solo seat. It's what I ride with now all the time and it's very comfortable. You may want to look at the Saddleman seats. Here's a link to a post I put up when I first got it.
