Very useful comments from everyone. Bare Bones eliminated, not an option
Any comments on the Mustang Run Around or the Sick Saddle?
Saw sick saddles has only one solo design. Looks good though.
The RunAround is a great seat for its intended application - it's a bar-hopper. It's not intended to be comfortable for long rides, or medium rides for that matter. If you plan on riding more than say 100 miles, don't do it on the RunAround unless you are a Man (or Woman) Of Steel, cape and all.

Thanks for the information, hadn't notice mustang is a site sponsor . Is there a seat that's as low as the RunAround or lower but good for long rides?

That would be the gold nugget, wouldn't it? Briefly, there are two broad factors in making an all-day seat - shape and thickness. The shape needs to angle and support you comfortably, and there's got to be enough foam to filter out the vibrations and make that baseplate invisible to your bottom. The lower we go, the less control we have of these factors. That pesky frame just gets in our way! What were they thinking when they put that there?
The lowest seats we offer for a Dyna that offers moderate long-distance comfort is the Wide Tripper solo, and to be frank it's not that much lower than stock, and as you sit a little taller in a Mustang we're never surprised when some riders feel like it isn't lowering them at all.
Will go with the RunAround then and use my stock seat for longer rides incase its not that comfortable. Any pricing promos through here? I have the seat on Amazon ready to buy for $210 with free shipping.
Check out the Corbin Classic Solo. I've got one on my FXDF and you can ride on it ALL DAY LONG! Way lower than the seat that came stock and it'll keep you ridin' until you have to get off to gas, eat or sleep.
You can get in any color, texture, trim, stitching and any combo of the features. First thing I put onto ANY newly purchased Harley.

I have one of these as well. For your intended purpose, this would work to reposition your riding position lower and back, while still maintaining comfort for the long haul.
I am 6'6, got a le peara daddy long legs on order. Will report back. It's going on a LowRider S with forward mids.
I previously had a fatbob with 3" forward control extensions. Starting over with this dyna I am going to work on bars and seat before I do control extensions. I am hoping to make it comfortable while maintaining the forward mids that come stock on the LRS. I feel I have much control over the bike in this position vs my legs way out in front on 3" forward control extensions. Not to mention I can put weight on my feet not just let my hips/*** take it all into the seat.
