My Street Bob was once wobbly - especially while manuevering at very slow speeds - turns out one of the front axle pinch bolts was finger loose.

+2 on checking the neck bearings....

I bought my Dyna last year, from a non-Harley dealer.
They performed a "40 point" inspection before the bike was delivered to me.
It was obvious that Harley was not the brand that they normally wrench on...

The drive belt was WAY too tight, less than 1/16" of play.
The neck bearings were so loose that I got 1/4 turn out of the nut.
They left the locking washer off of it.
I used a ***** punch to "stake" the threads till I could get to the dealer,
and get the damn washer.
It had a nasty, loose feeling wobble before tightening the nut and correcting the belt tension. They did have the rear wheel straight though...
