I have my doubts that the fork seals will last long or seal at all with the tubes cerakoted. That stuff has more in common with power coat then dlc. I don't think they can get it smooth or slick enough to work. I am interested to see if it work though.

Works just great on the slide of guns.

Look into DLC. Its measured in Microns when applied so what does tell you about a spray on coating?

it's baked on there at 400 degrees.
works amazing on fire arms that are a lot of wear and tear

so anyone know of any alternatives to fork gator covers. i think theyre pretty ugly in my opinion

Lowbrow sells nice covers if you have a 35 or 39mm tube.
Touring/switchback conversion.
DLC
I see black chrome on some retail goods, but I think it's just a relatively fragile coating
