The PV will 'marry' to your VIN, then copy your original tune; from there you can go in to custom tunes and that's where you'll find the Fuel Moto tune. Flash the new tune and you're on your way.

When you auto tune, a few tricks that will help you get results quickly. I mount the PV on the bars and during an auto tune run I set it up so I can monitor the fuel cells as they fill in with data. They'll go from green to yellow/orange then to red when the cell maxes out on data. That screen is the 'hits' mode in 'datalog' during an auto tune run. You'll see the areas you're not hitting and can adjust your riding to fill as many as you can.

Never start an auto tune run unless the bike is fully warmed up; when you've completed a run use the kill switch to keep the electrics hot. From there stop the run, save it to custom tunes, then apply it, before shutting down the ignition. If you've got one of those new-fangled deals with a FOB leave the bike running and stop the auto tune run and save it to custom tunes.

Keep building on your latest auto tune run; the Fuel Moto map is the original, your latest run is the map you want to do the next auto tune run on.

Note, the bike will run for absolute crap during an auto tune run; perfectly normal; but when you apply your latest run you'll be very pleased

It will take a few runs; the PV can't do wholesale changes at once. You may find as I did running the BSS's you'll still need to tweak the decel fueling and the decel V/E's in quick tune to fully remove the decel pop and burble.

You can actually turn your bike off now and it will still save the tuning run, then when you turn it on you can save it or blend the map onto the base map. as I did this on my FXDLS last week. just waiting for some better weather to get it button down correctly 6-15% change on first run.

Well it arrived in just 2 days after the order. Thanks to fuel moto. I just took it out of the box last night and read all the paperwork that came with it 1 time through. I wont put it on my bike till tomorrow. Because our computer just took a dump and im gonna have to borrow a family members lap top to download the software and make sure its updated. Sure was tempting to just put it on the bike though last nite. But its raining where i am anyway. So i can wait till tomorrow.
