Default FP3 Tune

Hey Everyone, I have a 2016 Street Bob with a Heavy Breather, V&H Big Shot Staggereds and an FP3. Now my question is I just had the stock V&H baffles replaced with Big City Thunder Monster baffles. Do I need to remap, run an auto tune, or is it fine with the standard tune for the BSS's? I won't have a chance to ride it until tomorrow when I can pick it up from storage

Yep even with the canned map you'll benefit from an autotune.

What are the characteristics of these new baffles? There are a few different baffle choices in map selection.

There is a canned map for those pipes with performance baffles, load that and see how it goes.
You can always run a auto tune if you feel the need, if there is no difference or it runs worse just re-flash the canned map.

Dave.

Thanks for the responses, I ended up running an auto tune on the canned map for my pipes and it ran perfectly

I have a mildly modified 103 and I've been using the FP3 for almost a year now. It works great and I love the Auto Tune feature with the smartphone interface.

My engine runs perfectly without a glitch anywhere. Pulls like a freight train from idle to red line.

You just got to love the autotune feature, just ride and let the FP3 do its wizardry.
