Default 2007 Wide Glide Whirring Noise

My 2007 Dyna Wide Glide has just over 30,000 miles, but for some time now (at least a couple thousand miles) it has been making a whirring noise. I finally had a mechanic look at it and he replaced the primary bearing. But the noise is still there, from the time I start it till I shut it off, all speeds and gears it stays the same as far as I can tell. Any ideas what it could be?

My 2012 wg makes a wirley noise from primary from auto chain tensioner, I took it of cleaned it put it back on at a looser tension, and it is better not silent but better, it will probably ratchet back up ! I am gonna go with baker attitude adjuster . But I would think your mechanic would check that , mine u hear at idle in gear or out , clutch in or out , ipb would stop making noise when u clutch in I would think , not sure about clutch bearing ?

Thanks. Yeah, mine does it with or without clutch, all gears, all speeds. Someone suggested cam tensioner, but I was told this model doesn't have that??

07 would have cam tensioner unless it was converted to gear drive

Hasn't been converted. I think I'm going to try a different mechanic. Thanks.

Probably a worn inner tensionner, or auto chain adjuster making it just a tad to tight.
