So I want to put new exhaust on my 2016 Wide Glide and I like the look of the Vance & Hines Big Shot Staggered exhaust but my husband says that the V&H Pro 2 into 1 pipe give better performance. Any body out there have a good valid opinion on this?
Of course if you want to keep the classic Dyna look the Big Shots staggered will be give you great sound and look. It's generally understood the 2 into 1 will give you slightly better performance but you may never notice it depending on the level of tune of your engine and how aggressively you ride. All of the 2 into 1 changes the sound over the 2 into 2. Being that you are asking I will give my opinion. The Pro Pipe sounds great but is so long and fat it just looks out of proportion on a Dyna. I have read about breakage of a support bracket due to their heft but have no personal experience. If you're stuck on V&H the Big Radius 2-1 also sounds very good and adds a unique look to your bike. As others have said D&D Fatcat or Bobcat offer top notch quality and sound. Others available too that you might like.
I like the classic look of the 2-2. Looks matter.

A quick question for you, is this your bike or your husbands bike and you are just "borrowing" it? Politely inform your husband you would like to personalize your bike with something you like.
This is the correct answer! It's your ride, make it your own
The BSS's are no slouch; a proper tune, baffles out and W158 TTI's installed and you will be very pleased with how they perform and sound. And let's be honest here; it is a Wide Glide. And how it looks does matter
Thank you to everyone who replied! I decided against the stacked pipes and have decided to go with the V&H Pro 2 to 1. Mostly because the D&D Fatcat is a lot more expensive than my wallet likes right now. But I really do appreciate your advise and opinions. And in response to some of the comments, it's my bike 100% but my husband is also my mechanic soo....... LOL!

Don't feel all alone I have opted for the V&H Pro Pipe for my 05 and Got a Great Deal on it as well, which certainly helps on my Limited Retirement Income .. Had a Couple of them before on other Rides and thought it was a Great Choice ..
Another vote for the D&D Fatcat. Although, If I had it to do over I would opt for the Perforated Wrapped Baffle.
thats ts what I went with and man that ****er screams. I wish they still offered the racing baffle. A friend haad it on his street glide with the stage 5 tire shredder kit and that thing would make your ****in ears bleed. But you know, in a good way.
I personally have not noticed a loss of power thruought all throttle ranges. I expected to, but surprising I did not. With the Quiet baffle I find these short shots to be the most pleasing to the ear exhaust I've ever had. And they give me good power, thanks to my power commander 5.
If we all wanted the Same Exhaust would be a pretty Boring Bike Week .. As long as what you think you have is best is all that Matters .. Actually didn't think my Screamin Eagle Slip on Pipes sounded that bad but getting tired of scraping the **** out of the Lower One so went for the Pro Pipe 2:1 mainly because got a Hell of a Deal on it ..
