Those were custom made. Looks like someone took a stock fatboy rim and used each hole in the rim as a center point to wire edm out each emblem. If you can find an old set of fatboy rims any wire edm house can cut those out for you. Just show them this picture.

Depends how they're cut. From the perspective of whoever does it, it's usually the initial hole and start that's the expensive part rather than the length of the cut.
I didn't realize that I was in the fun house pic until I loaded it up to the site...
I was iffy about the rims when I bought them, now I love them on the bike. Next project is to clear up surface rust on bolts and as you see brake lines.... going to paint them black,
