Default Lifter Woes

My 1999 FakeBob shat a lifter at only 38,000 miles, darn thing, the roller seized and it damaged itself and a cam lobe.


OEM lifters are garbage, put Johnson Hy Lift in as soon as you buy a Twin Cam....

I got woods directional lifters for my woods 555 cams. so far so good

That's a bummer. Glad I just replaced my OEM lifters with S&S premiums.

Next on the list... almost 70k, but I don't have any big trips planned. Got some motor work planned: welded crank/ bearings, fuel plate, gear cams... new lifters ... i know I keep forgetting about those little buggars.
