On another note "Powder Pro Joe" isn't returning my calls. I think he ****ed my **** up. That was a new ignition switch too. Cost me close to $300. If he doesn't answer tomorrow I'm about to take a day and drive 20 hours round trip and kick in his door. It's unbelievable the amount of **** I've had to deal with working on this project. Sad thing is, he is vendor on this site. Or atleast he is a member. ****ing terrible (turns out he is banned). 2 days has turned into more than 2 weeks (21 days to be exact) and he charges a premium because people are too scared to take their ignition switch apart. $50 plus shipping there and back (close to $76).... And he will use what ... $1 worth of powder and the rest is all prep? This will be the last time on this build I try to save time by relying on other people.
(edit: turns out the powder pro had a "water main break")
You said it's just a standard ignition switch. Like the one that's in the dash or in the neck of the bike. And what colour you trying to get? Let me know I'm pretty sure I have a spare that I can coat and ship to you if you like. Mines a old fat bob one.
Lot of anger in there Get that bike done and go for a therapeutic ride. Lots of people talk, not many roll up.
Powder pro stopped returning my emails as well. He used to be very responsive. Hope he didn't get in an accident. If he didn't then there are going to be some irritated people at his door
look. My take is this. Motorcycles and ********* have been a thing for a long time. Most companies are legit. There are still a lot of tards out there who take advantage of PayPal and internet business.
Even though it's sucks when it's you, karma almost always comes around and gets them. When you are all done that bike will be bitchin and you'll have stories to tell the new kids on what to look out for in the industry.
In the short term. If someone ****s with you, sometimes you gotta just go knock on a door or two and get in there face a little. Usually it works itself out after they realize they messed with a dude who has a backbone

Isn't he banned? He ripped me off a few years ago and then had the mods delete my thread when I came here to talk about it (after giving him the change to fix it first). I got quite a few PMs from others he had ripped too. Same thing happened to their threads. He has been a thief for a while...

The one that is in the dash. I appreciate the offer man but I can't accept. I'm gonna get my **** back one way or another. Thanks though

yea im starting to think he is either dead or soon to be. Won't be riding till next season it looks like, no Ignition switch , no console, etc. So no therapeutic rides for me haha. If i don't hear from him soon Imma roll up there and take my **** back. Hopefully my fairing , console etc. Are in good hands and I don't get ****ed with that stuff too $$$$$.

that's a bummer to hear. I was just reading threads from April and people said he was great to deal with. I'll be interested to see what they (the mods) do when I write my Big Bear review.
