Do any of you guys and girls run a WG front end with 3 degree rake and 4" over on your FXDCI ? Pro's or Cons?? Any pics?? Mine is an 05 so the stock rake is 28*
My 02 is stock but I am going to do +2 fork length. Parts are in the garage just haven't installed them yet + progressive heavy duty springs. Look at Tincupchalice's bike he has +2 and it looks great.
Below is my Dyna, it's a FXDWG that's running Custom Cycle Engineering fork tubes part number "T 2015HC". These tubes are advertised as 2 inches over a standard Wide Glide, and 4' over a standard FXD*. I found at 29.5 inches long they're actually more like 2.75 inches longer than a standard Wide Glide tube (stock is 26.9 inches). So if you buy those tubes and put them in a set of Wide Glide trees on a FXDCI, this is what you'll get.
