Sticking back brakes
You can actually give us a bit of information. You say the rear pads are dragging; as Smogbob said, check that the pads are properly seated in the caliper.The pad pin is metric, but you can use a 1/4" 12 point to remove it. Don't use anything but a 12 point
Double check the pads are seated correctly.Original pads? Your ride is a '13, your pads may be done; I've changed out my rear pads every season, and each time they have a bit of odd wear to them...

Disassemble..., clean thoroughly.., including removing the brake pad pin..., then taking a brass wire wheel / brush.., or steel wool to it - till shiny and slick
Also clean the around the caliper cups / retaining clips with brake cleaner and rags
Take steel wool to the clips where the pads slide and make it shine
============
When reinstalling - ever so lightly (and I mean lightly) grease the pin and clips - taking great care not to get any grease on the rotor.., or brake pads
If you do get any on the rotor / pads - use brake cleaner and a clean rag to remove every single bit of it
If you haven't lately - replace the pads while it dissembled
And if you're really industrious - replace the brake fluid
===================
Rear brake be working better than new once you're done

Mine would start sticking when it got warmer in the day, because of the gunk in there... def look at this first.
