[sm=rant.gif]Get this S*&^ droped my bike off at the dealer to have the 180/55 put on, went back and noticed that a replcment stock size metzler was put on WTF! Some dip **** scratched out the the size that I told them to put on and just put the stock size on. Never called me or anything. When I noticed it I said hey man wrong tire, the some dope ( service manager ) comes out and says this is your old tire I told him that I know what was on there before but thats not what I want on there this time, and his reply was that the tire I requested wouldnt fit and I informed him that it would so they went back to check the tires that they had and what not and came back and told me that they would not install the 180/55 with the bike having the wide tire kit from harley. After wasting a better part of my saturday di&%#@ with this I said fine eat the labor and I will roll out with the stock size ( as much as Ive been riding it will be toast in 3 months any way) And the jack@&& would onlytake 50% off the labor by giving me the tire at cost. I said you mean to tell me you would rather pull that tire off and put my old one onrather thangive me the cost of the labor off??? WTF!!!Next time if there is anext time with these guys they will justget the wheel and tire that way I wont have to deal with this sh!-
Trust me I definitely wanted to stick it to them but had already killed half my saturday, and as me and the wife work opposing shifts during the week my saturday time is pretty valuable, I figure with what Im doing here it will stick it back to them enough( as there is only one harley dealership in athens) . The funny part is I dont even understand how the service manager thought that his proposal was a good idea. I think the rule of thumb is that for every customer you **** off you probably loose 8 potential customers.Dont get me wrong though there are alot of good guys that work there I guess the service manager is just a jacka$$
