Maybe some pro can help me out ive searched maybe 10 times for this issue and nothing has worked yet. I got a 2014 dyna. In the front i removed my bullet turn signal and i instead installed Harley mirror with integrated led. In the back i removed the bullet turn signals and i replaced them with Alloy art led struts. Things is i keep trying to have the bike relearn as it is CANBUS, the turn signals blink normal but the lights in the dash keep flashing fast. I would also like to get rid of the 2 error codes that i still have... do i need to buy a load equalizer? Thanks in advance...
I changed my turn signals to LED from Custom Dynamics. All I did was turn the hazards on for 4 minutes and the CANBUS straightened the speed of the lights right out. I dont know about the error codes, mine didnt show any. I have a 2016 Street Bob, I would think the procedure should work for yours seeing as how it is a CANBUS bike
Not typically needed on a CANBUS bike, but if your choice of LEDs draw way less than typical LED replacements maybe you're below some arbitrary minimum HD has set. I only needed about 30 seconds to retrain my 2016 WG with Radiantz LEDs all around. If you run the full 4 minutes Trust suggests on hazards and it hasn't fixed the blink rate then you probably have your answer.
CANBUS can be a good thing sometimes in situations like this .. Other Times can be an Electronic Nightmare .. Just for the Record my 05 has Led all the way around but had to put Equalizers in line but they work fine ..

how did you install these? Did you just cut your bar mounted signals and use the two female connectors inside the frame?

I have a similar setup with different LED lights. On the bike they flash correctly but the indicator is always fast. I have not worried about it since the lights flash correctly
