Terrible handling
I'm new to dynas bike feels unsteady when switching lanes at highway speed and feels like handle bars are coming out of your hands when you hit a bump and the whole bike dances also 2013 fat bob don't k ow what the deal is it got 4k on it been like this since I got it about 2k ago I'm ready to sell it anybody else have this issue with there dyna ?

This "potentially" says you suspension is way too stiff - for your weight / riding style
However - these bumps - how sever are they actually..., and from what angle are you attacking (driving over) them..., and at what speed(s)

Shitty tires !!! I couldn't wait for mine to wear out, and didn't. Check air pressure and shock preload.

Any or all of the above.
The bike needs talen out of service and gone thru from front to back. There are so many potential causes that it's impossible to quickly diagnose remotely.
Tires (condition/age/pressure)
Wheels (spokes, mostly)
Wheel Bearings
Swingarm pivot
Alignment
Neck bearings
Bars/risers
3 different drivetrain mounts/links
Any/all fasteners
Suspension
Probably a few I'm overlooking.
