Check tire pressures start with 30 psi up front and 36 psi in the back. The rear shocks may be set stiff. When making lane changes don't linger in the "zipper", that seam can/will grab your tire, try to cross at an angle.
I stand corrected the front pressure is 36 psi and rear at 40 psi. This on the stock tires, if tires are inflated to max sidewall pressures this could cause the bouncing you are experiencing.

Ok, gotcha. I was just wondering if this was your first cruiser. Cruiser geometry can get "nervous" at the upper speeds.
Does the bike "move around" under max throttle?
Does the bike "move around" under braking?
Move around only when you hit those raised reflectors in the roadway?
How old are your tires?

rear tire is new not really moving during bring or accelerating just seems uneasy cruising and switching lanes at 60+ and the bumps I can't explain it in typing any better I checked neck bearing bolt but I won't leave go of the bars I don't like leaving one hand off I guess I'll take it in and see what I'm told seems really odd for a practically new bike to perform the way it is
