All pretty much the same, need to remove whatever to get to the seals.
One trick I use is coat the seals in vasoline or similar....it helps the intake to slide around during installation so the seals don't get pinched. It just burns off once the motor gets hot.
Thanks! 2006 Low Rider. Stock Throttle body. Its apart, just need to put it back together properly and hopefully not have to redo it . Yep might have helped if I put that in the original post. Sorry about that.

I was taught this process by an old school wrench...
Put the gaskets on, put the intake on, finger tighten the flange screws, install the (carb and) air filter backing plate and the breather bolts all finger tight and then working one at a time, tighten them all down one turn at a time until they are all tight then torque the intake flange screws.
I use a long ball-end 1/4 in hex wrench for the right side screws and a L shaped one that has been cut off for the left side. You can take the back plate off once you have the intake flange screws torqued. You probably will not be able to torque check the left side screws...just tighten it down good. Check for leaks...if it is leaking, go through the process again...
I have done this several times and it is the best way I have found to make sure the system is all aligned properly and greatly reduces the chances of leaks.
Good luck

Hi Guys almost got it back together. Would it be possible for someone to post a clear pic of the parts page above? The bike started on both cylinders and ran a little while well before going rough. Just want to make sure I put the o rings etc back in the correct place on the fuel deliverer side.
