Not sure about rebuilds but guy in our local service dept also told me that they had closed permanently.

I looked for news regarding what happened, could not find any but although the website still seemed to be running the listing for them in Google did say that they were permanently closed.

On the website if you click the order button, everything is still functional but I did not actually try to order anything. Might be worth a phone call to find out if you need your shocks rebuilt. Mine are still going strong for me.

Not helpful, but Works was on my short list. Glad I opted for Ohlins.

Has anyone tried calling or confirming yet? JP still has them listed for sale, and as mentioned their website is still active

I thought so, too. Maybe a death of a controlling/owning person or serious disagreement between partners?

A quick google search shows the owner died last year and the nephew was running the show for awhile before closing up and starting his own gig. The threads that state this are from a month ago

I believe so. When I bought my FXDLS, I ordered a set of shocks. After being on backorder for 3 months, they contacted Sacramento Harley and told them that they were no longer making suspension. I went with progressive 490. They adjust the same way by hand as the werks.
