Update, I installed two new 2032 button batteries in my fobs and life is good. Bike starts again.
Lesson to me, replace the batteries more often.

Interestingly the batteries are cheaper at Harley Davison than they were at WalMart. When was the last time anyting cost $1.95 at a Harley dealer? I spent $5 at Walmart for a pair.
