Ordered the wrong custom dynamics led plate bracket. Any solution?
Well I'm officially and idiot. Have a 14 Bob and I ordered the plate bracket with the bottom run/stop and two amber turn signals so now when I hit my brakes the amber light up with the brake light. Should have ordered the one with JUST the two red side let's. Any easy solution to get the turn signals to not light up with brake?
Run turn brake won't work since the lights are Amber.
I'll snap a pic before I leave for work. But it's the normal bullet set up. Two harnesses of 4 wires each. 1 ground. 1 does run/brake. 1 does turn/brake. And the fourth does nothing and didn't connect to a pin on the bullet side. It's probably not possible but I need to get the wire that does turn/brake to not get the signal for brake. You would think it wouldn't since the original bullets were getting brake from the run/brake wire. So weird that they would get brake from two wires.
I'm thinking wiring in a normally closed relay so it disconnects the turn/brake wire from the plate when the brake is pressed might be the best bet but I bet the run signal would be enough to trip it.

There should be 3 wires going to the bullets. I would guess they are black, blue and violet. Black is ground, blue is running, violet is signal and brake. The BCM decides if one light lights up (for signal) or both of them (for brake).
If you look in the frame right by the neck there is a rubber plug with wires coming out of it. Inside there should be a 6 pin connector. 2 of those pins should give you the left and right turn signal inputs. The alternate would be to tap into those wires right at the bcm.

That's the plug for the front turn signals when you relocate them, right? Genius. Never thought of tapping into the fronts. Thanks!
