Pipes are all about what you like in look / sound / performance.......I would just start shopping around / looking at pictures doing some research to determine what you want there. As to air intake gear, again it's partially about what you like the looks of...most decent kits will give you enough flow to do whatever you want, so then it comes down to $$$ and looks... IMHO anyway.
I am running an Arlen Ness Big Sucker and the V&H Big Radius...love the sound and performance that I get out of my bike now! You should note also that you will need either a remap of your EFI or you will need some type of fuel management system to adjust out your fuel/air ratio. I suggest going with a fuel management system and not just a remap.... but that's my .02
